RAMBLERS HOLIDAYS. The first place to look for walking holidays at home or abroad.

MERSEYSIDE 20 - 30's + YOUNG WALKERS GROUP.

ADAPTOUTDOORS.  A Liverpool store with a wide range of outdoor equipment. Discount offered to members of the Ramblers' Association.

LIVERPOOL BRISK WALKERS. Voluntary group who meet each Saturday at 1.30 pm for a brisk walk of 4 - 6 miles.

THE CLWYDIAN WAY. A 122 mile circular walk starting in Prestatyn (North Wales) and taking in Ruthin, Llangollen, Corwen, Denbigh, St.Asaph and Rhuddlan before returning to Prestatyn.

WALK FROM LIVERPOOL TO LEEDS! One mans journey, on foot, along the Liverpool - Leeds canal. Full of information on this and other canal-side walks in Lancashire.

WALKING BRITAIN. A good place to look if you are planning a walk. Covers a very large area of the country, giving routes, maps needed and other information.

THE BRITISH RED CROSS.   

The Red Cross participate in various walking events throughout the year such as One Peak Wander. Peruvian Inca trail,

Yorkshire Three Peaks Challenge and the Great Wall of China trek.  We also run other active events such as abseils, skydives,

bike rides, runs and marathons.

 

All our events are run to raise funds so that we can continue our work as a volunteer-led humanitarian organisation that

helps people in crisis, whoever and wherever they are.
